How do I place an order using the website?

Shopping online at FootyBoys is a simple process. Here is a step-by-step guide to illustrate.

1. First enter the SHOP from the home page

2. Locate the item you would like to purchase and click on the item until you reach the product page for that item e.g. RUGBY LEAGUE CLUB MELBOURNE PLAYER SHORTS

3. To order this product, select the SIZE e.g. Medium and enter the QUANTITY you would like to order e.g. 1. Once done, click on ADD TO CART to place the item in your ‘CART’

4. To order additional products, return to the shop by clicking on SHOP or the FOOTYBOYS logo and repeat steps 2-3.

5. When you have finished adding products, simply click on CART (located in the top right hand corner on a desktop browser or in the bottom right hand corner of a mobile browser) to proceed to the next step, the SHOPPING CART. 

NB: If you have made a mistake, you have the option to remove the item completely by clicking on the X located next to the thumbnail image or to change the quantity where needed. 

You can also monitor the items selected for purchase by clicking on the "CART" at any time.

7. Click on CHECKOUT to move to the next stage.

8.  Under YOUR EMAIL, enter your email address or if you already have an account, click on SIGN IN and enter your password. Here you can also join our mailing list by selecting the SUBSCRIBE option.

9.  Under SHIPPING, enter all your details and select from the Shipping Options (where available) and select CONTINUE

10. Under PAYMENT, enter your credit card details and confirm your Billing Address. If your Billing Address is different from the Shipping Address, deselect the tick and add your Billing Address information. Once completed, select CONTINUE.

11. Under REVIEW & PURCHASE, confirm your Order Summary is correct. You also have the option to create an account for faster checkout and to review our Return Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Once you are happy to proceed, select PURCHASE.  

12. A receipt for your purchase will be displayed on the screen and a copy will also be sent to your email for your reference. You can then continue to browse our website or close your browser.

13. Please note that the charge on your credit card statement for any orders placed will appear under the business name SURVIVE PTY LTD.

Where can I find sizing information?

Sizing Chart information is located in each product's page description. It also includes information on colour, fabric and garment care instructions.

Can I buy FootyBoys products from a store?

At this stage you are not able to buy FootyBoys products in a store.  The entire FootyBoys range can only be purchased via our website. We provide a secure purchasing environment with a flexible exchange policy and we ship every business day to our customers all over the world.

How can I pay for my FootyBoys purchase?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express (debit and credit cards). We also accept Apple Pay.

Please note that any charges on your bank/credit card statement for orders placed will appear under the business name SURVIVE Pty Ltd.

We do NOT accept bank transfers, bank cheques, personal cheques, including personal cheques issued by a foreign bank, or international money orders. 

Once your payment has cleared we will send your order with the next group of shipments.

What shipping costs are involved?

We ship worldwide and where possible offer multiple options to meet your needs - Standard Mail or Express Post. Shipping costs are determined by your country of destination, the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen (where available). To find out the shipping costs that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, add the items to your cart and click on CHECKOUT on your CART. Now add sufficient shipping address details ensuring your country is selected and then the Shipping Options and corresponding costs will be displayed. Please note that not all options are available for every country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination.

For Australia, Standard Mail is typically 4 business days and Express Post is typically the next business day.

For New Zealand, Standard Mail is typically 5 business days and Express Post is typically 3 business days.

For the United Kingdom, Standard Mail is typically 6 business days and Express Post is typically 4 business days.

For Ireland, Standard Mail is typically 7 business days and Express Post is typically 5 business days.

For the USA, Standard Mail is typically 5 business days and Express Post is typically 4 business days.

For Canada, Standard Mail is typically 6+ business days and Express Post is typically 4 business days.

For most countries in Europe, Asia and Africa, Standard Mail is typically 6+ business days.

Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure, these delays can be between 4-6 weeks except for Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.

Can I track my order?

You can check if your order has been sent by clicking on the TRACK ORDER link at the bottom of our website pages. For reference, only our International Express Service allows for online tracking. If the shipment method of Express was selected at the time of ordering, an email would have been sent with your tracking information when your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, we can resend it to the original email address supplied.

Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity. If the shipping method "Standard by Airmail" for international shipments was selected for your order, your shipment does have a parcel number, however you are not able to view the status of this shipment online. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country (refer "How long will it take for my order to arrive?").

For "Express Post" Shipments in Australia, you can contact Australia Post on 131818 and quote your parcel tracking number.

What happens if I want to exchange one or more items purchased?

If you receive your FootyBoys product and you are not completely satisfied with the size, colour, style etc we are more than happy to exchange the items purchased provided they are returned to us in original condition (unworn and unwashed) and within 21 days of you receiving the shipment. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. Requests for replacement or exchange will incur additional postage charges. You will be charged for the additional items sent if you fail to return the original items back to us by the specified time period, however we will notify you prior to charging you for the outstanding item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any problems occurring in transit with products returned to us.

Please remember to include a return slip indicating your full name and order number with your items as well as your credit card details for postage charges (NB: we do not retain a copy of this information which is why it needs to be resupplied) and as soon as we receive the items back we will organise the exchange and return send to you at the earliest possible date. 

Who pays for postage when exchanging one or more items?

You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item(s) to us. Requests for replacement or exchange will incur additional postage charges. Please supply your credit card details for return postage. You will be charged for the additional items sent if you fail to return the original items back to us by the specified time period, however we will notify you prior to charging you for the outstanding item.

I have already worn my FootyBoys, can I still exchange?

No. Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. Please note, where an item is returned to us without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

I have returned my FootyBoys purchase for an exchange but have not received or heard anything back from FootyBoys.

Depending on where you are sending your returns items back from, the typical shipping time for items to arrive back into FootyBoys is around 10 days. This can be longer as Australian Customs and Quarantine have some of the toughest Custom and Quarantine laws in the world and generally parcels can get held for inspection. As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that it has been sent.

What if I am sent a defective item?

All FootyBoys clothing and products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. If this policy is not adhered to, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

How safe is ordering online at FootyBoys.com?

At FootyBoys we have the latest security encryption keys from Thawte Security (a trusted and respected authority on Internet e-commerce security worldwide). The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates used on our website encrypt all data sent to and from the web site and scrambles any information that is intercepted. In addition, all orders are stored separately using PGP encryption keys and are processed manually to ensure added protection and security against any potential fraudulent activity. Access to our local site is via one-time only passwords that cannot be sourced via our servers.

Does anyone have access to my personal information?

The only time personal details are provided to a 3rd party is when we believe a consumer is actively using the credit card for fraudulent purposes. These details are supplied to the necessary authorities. The consumers IP address is also recorded plus their signature ID from the server account used to place the order. What if the item I want is not available in the size I require on the website?

If the size you require is not available for selection at time of ordering, this generally means that we are completely out of stock or no longer manufacturing this item. Only the sizes in stock will be indicated for each item. As new stock is received, the size option will become available.

Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order?

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologise for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)

Is GST calculated for Australian orders?

Our prices on the website do NOT include the Australian GST when initially selecting the item. The GST amount applicable to the order will be shown on the Order Summary and will be included in your order total at this point. This also applies for orders placed from outside of Australia but where the destination of the order is Australia.
